Reflexology typically does this by applying pressure to parts of the foot, treating the body as a whole, to remove any blockages which may cause discomfort in the body.

Massage is the art of using motions and pressure in order to release tension in the body. This can be through the relaxation of the mind and body or through the physical release of the knots in the muscles.
