Prior to creating 'In Perfect Harmony', I was not in a good place mentally or spiritually. After coming out of an abusive marriage and being forced to move away from my loved ones, I had a lot of health problems, including depression and chronic fatigue.

It was at this time I first discovered holistic therapies, and I fell in love!  

Reiki particularly resonated with me as it seemed to revive my sense of self and belonging. When I was strong enough, I began studying and practicing Reiki myself.

I had previously discovered the importance of touch as I trained as a breastfeeding counsellor and birthing/post-natal Doula, as well as mothering five children of my own. I am a driven holistic therapist, motivated to teach others the importance of touch - how it can nurture and heal you. 

whilst on my own personal healing journey I also trained as a Reflexologist, a massage therapist, a baby massage instructor, a meditation teacher, and a life coach.

I opened my own Clinic in 2016 Called ' In Perfect Harmony', offering the above services and running a Reiki clinic where I had regular GP referrals.

I work with people from all walks of life, with includes celebrities and royalty. I am proud to say I provide Reflexology in an Oncology unit in Harley Street London, I am also a Board specific member for reflexology with the CNHC (the UK regulator for Complementary Therapies) and I not only teach Level 5 Reflexology with Jubilee College, I am also a Lecturer teaching Reflexology at St Mary's University, London.  

It is my mission to help as many people as possible to enhance their lives through various types of massage, level 5 clinical reflexology, and Reiki (of which I am a master/teacher)
