You wake up to the sounds of nature, as you are surrounded by 400 acres of rain forest. You take a lovingly stretch as you step outside of your villa to this view... You can feel the warmth of the caribbean sun on your skin as you breathe in the pacific ocean air.
Imagine all of this even before you head off to have your breakfast, which is prepared by our personal inhouse chef.
At this rediscover yourself in Costa Rica retreat. You will experience morning yoga, sound healing, sunset meditation, Personal Reiki sessions and a full body massage.
You will have free time to do as much or as little as you want.
You can relax by the infinity pool sipping on your freshly made smoothie or if you are more adventurous, you can go for a guided hike through the rain forest to one of the many waterfalls.

Program of activities
Day one
Arrival day. You will be staying in a hotel near to the airport, You will meet with the other people attending the retreat. Then settling down for your early morning departure.
Day two
Your personal coach will pick you up and head up towards the retreat centre which is up in the mountains. We will stop to spend some time at the beach and have lunch. (make sure you keep your bathing suit out) When we arrive at the retreat centre you will have time to unpack before we meet for an intention setting meditation and discussion before dinner.
